- Carrying out sales work according to the weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly plan and according to the growth orientation of the Company; - Researching customer needs, collecting, analyzing and synthesizing market information, searching and expanding export markets; - Building and maintaining customer relationships, sharing and attracting customers to participate in the Company’s programs and activities; - Receiving and coordinating with departments in the Company to fulfill customer service requests; - Directly implementing and supervising contract performance, including delivery procedures, issuing invoices, and checking the quality of delivered products with customers; - Coordinating with the technical - production department to perform services based on the contents and terms of the contract signed with the customer, manage and collect the customer’s debt; - Proposing sales policies, after-sales programs; - Communicating and responding to emails and texts with partners and customers with an open and gentle attitude;
