Mô tả công việc

  • Working with Government agencies (Market Surveillance, Economic Police e.g.) when there is an inspection of trucks and warehouses, including but not limited to: contacting, exchanging, and explaining information; sign documents, papers required by the Government agency related to goods transported by vehicle and/or stored in the warehouse
  • Coordinate with the police to investigate, collect information and evidence to handle fraud cases of warehouse staff
  • Coordinate with relevant departments such as Operations, Legal, Finance - Accounting, Human Resources, and local authorities in dealing with complaints, protests, and demonstration of warehouse and delivery staff with respect to Company policies (if any)
  • Inspect and coordinate to work with the local firefighting & prevention agency to be in compliance with regulations on fire prevention and fighting at warehouses
  • Other jobs arising (if any) related to warehouses/trucks that need to be coordinated with government agencies (as assigned by Hiring Manager)

  • Education Background: Economics, Law
  • Strong Command in English
  • Good communication skills
  • Honestly and uphold integrity
  • Experiences in working with government agencies such as Market Surveillance, Economic/ Investigation Police is a plus
