You can work at the representative office at D1. HCM and lead the team in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Develop and implement a sales plan that meets company strategy and targets. Lead and coach a sales team to achieve sales goals and improve their abilities. Identify and develop new business with new and existing customers. Establish strong relationships with customers and gather market information. Manage and coach the sales team to understand and follow company strategy, operations, and values. Work with other departments to solve problems and ensure on-time delivery of products.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Male or female around 35-45 years old 2. Have a minimum of diploma degree in any discipline 3. Have a minimum of 5 years of experiences as a Sales executive for the textile industry 4. Must have experience in Knit Fabric products 5. Have excellent negotiation skills, strong personality, communication, and interpersonal skills 6. Ability to lead and coach team members 7. Proactive with problem solving ability 8. Business level English for both oral and written. Chinese speaking strongly preferred.
