Job decription: Planning : Make milestone schedule for Maintenance team. The milestone schedule includes the preparation and maintenance plan Subcontractor Evaluation: Collect and checking the information and quotation from the subcontractor and Make the subcontractor list and compare amongst the subcontractors Following the Works process: Receive documents from Sale, installation, factory,… Document control: .Recording all official records of Maintenance work such as: maintenance contract, closing Works, etc., etc 2.Prepare project documents, handover documents etc Contracting maintenance: Draft & Negotiate the contract base on the demand of two party Purchasing : Buy material for Maintenance department Payment: Make payment document to client, subcontractor, supplier, etc,… Customer care : Call the customers monthly to make a ‘Customer satisfaction Survey’ Other: 1.Make weekly, monthly report and other report as assigned 2.Other work as assigned by the manager.

Exigences de l’emploi

Language: speaking English Computer: Excellent skill for Word, Excel, PowerPoint Working experience: - At least 3 years experience for same field. - Preferred experience Professional skills or certificate: - Planning skill - Marketing skill
