Description de l’emploi

- Research potential vendors - Compare and evalute offers from supliers - Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing - PO Issue - Track orders and ensure timely delivery - Review quality of purchased products - Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases - Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices - Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure good arrival - Solid analytical skill, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses - Good negotiation skills

Exigences de l’emploi

- Hands-on experience with 6-8 years in Garment & Toy’s Accessories purchasing - Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer or similar role - Good negotiation technique with suppliers - Good knowledge of vendor sourcing pratices (searching, evaluating and liasing with vendors - Understanding of supply chain procedures - Good in english with Chinese reading/communication is an added advantages
