Description de l’emploi

Responsible for administration of all Factory Automation System (FAS), including but not limited to servers, user accounts, software while ensuring up-to-date patch, compliance of them as per Nestle IT standard and their functions to sustain production in the factory
Ensure all FAS servers are applied with latest patching provided by global FAS team
Weekly check Security Compliance Index (SCI) report to ensure target is maintained
To be involved and work with contractor/IT global team in projects related to FAS
Ensure FAS documents, e.g. Technical Architecture, Network architecture, are up-to-date in case of any change or project
Troubleshooting FAS hardware, e.g. Network switch, access points, in case issue occurs
Work with E&A team to troubleshoot issues related to ACS system, CCTV including software &hardware
Perform and ensure FAS planned maintenance (e.g. network switch, failover testing) is completed on time
Support engineering department on digital applications, e.g. PowerBI, PowerApp
Must follow to the company’s rules and regulations and policies
Must participate to the company’s programs for improvement on Safety, Quality and Effeciency
Must attend to any meetings, seminar organized by the company, if required
Attend trainings recommended for FAS to enhance technical knowledge

Education Requirement: College graduate or University graduate related to electrical, Mechatronic
Experience: NA or less than 1 year of working
Knowledge in Windows Server OS features (services, Active Directory,…)
Knowledge in IT hardware troubleshooting, IT network and devices (switch, server, access points,...)
