Description de l’emploi

As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for implementing marketing and sales strategy & plans and work toward targeted KPIs.

1. Sales Strategy and plan
- Contribute towards overall sales strategy and the sales plan for the given brand.
- Study market trends, brands of competitors and consumer preferences to understand and specify customer expectations and adopt a suitable approach for brand management.
- Communicate sales plan and targets to the sales team and provide them sufficient training inputs, guidance and motivation to achieve targets successfully.
- Review and monitor sales plan implementation and results achieved on a regular basis. Propose changes to the strategy/ approach to adapt to unexpected changes in the business environment.

2. Sales Operations
- Monitor the performance of a brand through key performance indicators, eg. KPIs provided by the brand (sales targets, prospect numbers, etc), or internal defined KPIs like customer satisfaction results.
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service within all areas of responsibility. Strong emphasis on all aspects of the showroom to ensure the highest standards in the layout, display, customer service to convey the desired image of the brand and the company.
- Work closely with Marketing Division of S&S Group, and APAC Marketing/PR team at the principal to execute the marketing activities according to set KPIs and brand’s marketing campaigns. - - -- Proactively suggest and plan PR/Marketing activities to generate new opportunities, increase customer retention, drive sales and increase the brand awareness/reputation.
- Monitor sales process and CRM (initial customer contact and qualification, identification of prospect, follow-up on initial contact, final closure of sale and quality of sales record) to ensure quality in the entire process.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales report to the Board of Management.
- Communicate and report to APAC office on regular basis, be the contact point for daily operations of the dealership.

3. Personal development:
- Develop strong product knowledge, soft skills as well as company history, information and news knowledge by attending training by brands, company & self-learning to generate knowledge about each brand specificities, strengths and weaknesses. Stay certified with all new brand knowledge.
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
- Develop knowledge in current industry trends and other relevant fields - Gastronomy, Art & Music, Giftings and other lifestyle aspects.
- Continuously update knowledge about customers profile of each brand to better understand their behavior and habits.

4. Team-effort duties:
- Partner with the team to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain open, professional and ongoing communications with management and colleagues.
- Serve as a positive role model and represent S&S appropriately at all times.
- Participate in the training of new colleagues (product knowledge, boutique procedures, company policies, etc.)
- Adhere to and uphold all S&S Group core values, policies and procedures.
- Contribute to team effort by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to enhance the quality of work and services; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed.
- Other tasks and responsibilities assigned to the Employee by the Company which may be adjusted from time to time.

Exigences de l’emploi

Employment/Professional Experience:

- 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in an international project/environment and automotive/art business.

- Having experience in (luxury) business, implementation of automotive dealer/ art gallery standards is preferable.

- Experience in exceeding established sales goals and providing exceptional customer experience.

Competencies - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Fluency in Vietnamese and English (minimum 6.5 IELTS band is a STRONG plus).

- Knowledge of Salesforce would be appreciated.

- Good-to-excellent self-learning skill is essential.

- Strive for perfection yet realistic and solution-oriented.

- Calm, patient and emotionally impermeable.

- Interest and knowledge in art, fashion, gastronomy, architecture is a plus.
