  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential opportunities in target province in Vietnam. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop strategies for market entry and project selection.
  • Business Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute F&B business plans and strategies to expand the companys presence in overseas markets. Identify key target segments and develop tailored strategies to maximize business growth.
  • Lead Generation and Relationship Building: Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to generate leads and build long-term relationships. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the companys services.
  • Proposal New Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, including project set-up plans, budgets, and timelines, to secure new contracts and partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely proposal submissions.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contract agreements with clients, partners, and vendors. Ensure that all contractual obligations are met, and maintain strong relationships throughout project implementation.
  • Project Management and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Market Expansion and International Partnerships: Identify potential opportunities for market expansion and growth through strategic partnerships and make success in Vietnam. Evaluate and negotiate partnerships with local companies or distributors to enhance market penetration.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business development activities and measure the success of international projects.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future recommendations

Exigences de l’emploi

Yêu cầu ứng viên
  • 4 -6 years experience in sales or business development role preferably in FMCG / retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions.
  • Ability to lead and inspire team members, driving performance and innovation.
  • Excellence in communications and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Probation period: 2 months
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (From 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
