Description de l’emploi

- Implement long term and short term Autonomation objectives with the formulated innovation requirements in order to gain operational savings and capacity improvements - Monitor and maintain development of new, technology based innovation by identifying the business requirements in order to achieve the expected savings for the business - Initiate research work on new developments to gather relevant and enough information in order to achieve best solutions - Initiate and maintain completion of Bulk manufacturing of successful budgeted innovations by adopting improved work practices to cater the innovated machinery demand - Maintain yearly Autonomation budgets by applying proper controlling methods to use funds effectively - Maintain a capable workforce for achieving the Autonomation objectives by continuous training and developments to strengthen the team skills and capabilities -Maintain legal controls to protect intellectual properties by applying proper IP policy and processes throughout the business - Guide maintaining non-sewing machines to keep down time at a minimum level to improve overall equipment efficiency

Exigences de l’emploi

• Degree with Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or related major. • Strong experience in Electronics fields. At least 5 years experience in same position • Experience in Garment & textile/ manufacturing is an advantage. • English communication • Capability of drawing 2D and 3D designs (SolidWorks) • Knowledge about CAM, CNC, Lathe, Milling, welding. • Presentation skills & Communication skills • Strong ability in computer skills (Microsoft Office)
