Description de l’emploi

Researching industry compliance regulations and policies.

Evaluating Vendors operational and procedural compliance.

Analyzing and updating existing compliance policies and related documentation.

Communicating compliance policies and guidelines to Management and designated departments.

Developing and executing new compliance policies and procedures as required.

Developing and maintaining a compliance recordkeeping system.

Keeping up with compliance requirements and amendments to regulations.

Establish and enforce organizational standards to maintain quality of service

Collect, analyze and summarize information to prepare informative reports

Perform internal reviews to ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented properly

Exigences de l’emploi

Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Deep understanding of compliance rules and regulations

Working knowledge of all compliance process including: environment, labor law, audit process, RSL, Grievance policy and related others.

Higg Index execution: FEM & FSLM. BRM is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress

Can work under high pressure, hard-working and honestly, high organized

Be able to travel to many vendors in difference provinces/ countries to perform audit.

Bénéfice d’emploi

Working days: 5 days / week, from Monday to Friday

Working time: 7:30 – 16:30

Full pay social insurance

Paid Leave: Follow VN Labor Law.

No additional payment for Over Time Work.

Have 13th month salary and other benefits follow company’s policy

Allowance: VND 80,000/day for daily meal on working days.

Annual leave: 15 days/ year
