Description de l’emploi

We are Pungkook Corporation seeking experienced CR professionals to work with us in supervisory position of CR Senior Manager supporting work at Grobogan, Indonesia. Candidates should be able to key roles in developing CR initiatives, driving CR functional excellence and process improvements


- Work as main contact point for compliance responsibility, documenting and addressing all related requests across the company

- Facilitate and oversea – day – to-day HR operation such as Compliance systems, Health Safety managements, C&B,CT-PAT and other HR related matters

- Being able to address issues hands on on-site and be able to manage compliance management system

- Implement key CR operations process to ensure regulatory compliance company keep current and act in according with Vietnam Labor laws, ILO and code of conducts of buyer requirements

- Develop CR reports as required by the broad of directors

- Control effectively navigate CR systems to execute on key of compliance task

1. PUNGKOOK INDONESIA ONE (SUBANG) JI. Raya Pabuaran Sarengseng KM3. Desa Pabuaran, Kec. Pabuaran, Kab.Subang, Indonesia

2. PUNGKOOK INDONESIA ONE (GROBOGAN) JL. Raya Purwodadi-Blora KM 18 RT 001 RW 002 Tanjungrejo–Wirosari. Grobogan, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia

Exigences de l’emploi

- Masters /Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Management or related fields

- Good written, oral communication and presentation skills in English.

- Experience in compliance systems management

- 6+ years real experience on similar positions

- Experience working with Microsoft Windows and Power point and knowledge of HRM systems

- Comprehensive understanding on familiarity with Vietnamese policies, legal requirements and best practices.

- Being able to Setup and Control team work
