Description de l’emploi

- Secretary:

Check Mr. Kim’s email and report to him important email

Translate document into English

Check all document from Depts before submitting to Mr. Kim

Update and convey all info as Mr. Kim’s request

Get all documents related to Mr. Kim, his family, his house contract

Remind each division and coordinate report, put it on its folder then submit to Mr. Kim

- HR:

Recruit ads (responsible to post job hiring on recruitment website based on company demand. For staff level, suggest head of division to send job description before posting)

Visa – work permit – resident card for expats

- Admin:

Responsibility for Grab ID and payment (forward bill to Ms. Tram admin)

Fingerprint check in – print and send monthly finger check in for C.A at the end of every month

Responsibility for email ID & password, company business licenses, air ticket, hotel booking, office rental, golf booking

Car arrangement and rental contract – GPS Binh Anh

Work with website, email company, FMS

- Trading:

Cashew Nut Oil

Prepare and track business contract with customers, suppliers

Contact with suppliers to find quotation and do market research for all

products as per Mr. Kim’s request



Exigences de l’emploi

MUST FLUENT IN ENGLISH

• Bachelor of Business Administration/Marketing is preferable

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Project Management experience (Related to Business & Operation)

• Experience: 2 - 3 years of relevant experience Prior experience Executive Assistant to CEO,

General Director, Country Manager is preferred

• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with extreme

attention to detail

• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients,…

• Reliable & trustworthy, discipline, always on time, keeping promise

• Discreet, great communicator for the right things but know how to keep confidential matters

• Work hard and can do attitude

• Positive attitude, very open-minded, customer service mindset

• Curiosity, responsiveness, creativity, adaptability, self-sufficiency

• Able to work to guidelines and to create guideline

• Able to work to deadlines

• Ability to be calm and productive under extreme high pressures

• Able to work independently and work well in a team

• Good presentation skills

• Personal qualities: straightforward, honest, careful, persistent

• CV must be written in English included photo
