Description de l’emploi


We are currently recruiting for an IELTS teacher to teach an ongoing series of IELTS courses and do other related tasks.The short course consists of 10 lessons @ 1.5 hours per lesson. The Master course consists of 40 lessons (2 hours/lesson). Classes will be delivered either online or classroom-based from our training center in Hanoi, in the evening between 6 - 9 pm from Monday - Saturday.
Core materials are provided for each lesson; however, teachers are expected to adapt these and prepare additional activities as needed.
Responsibilities:

For Full-time Teacher:

  • Teaching IELTS group classes based on the prepared curriculum following the schedule. (Currently, we are running online classes only)
  • Giving comments, and feedback on students’ homework
    Other tasks (30%)
  • Managing part-time teachers
  • Suggest, adapting and enhancing InterGreat’s lesson materials to meet the needs of the particular students
  • Supporting marketing team to promote IELTS Courses by writing content & Livestream on social networks
  • Other work assigned by the line manager

For Part-time Teacher:

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality IELTS preparation classes
  • Adapt and enhance InterGreat’s lesson materials to meet the needs of the particular students
  • Use suitable LMS (e.g. ggdrive, Flipgrid etc) to leave comments and feedback on students’ writing and speaking homework
  • Available to teach at least two evenings per week.

Exigences de l’emploi

Required skills/competencies:

  • IELTS Overall >= 7.5 (no skills under 7.0)
  • At least 2 years of experience teaching IELTS, especially IELTS online courses.
  • Strong knowledge of IELTS test criteria and needs of Vietnamese learners
  • Experienced in curriculum developing
  • Having good writing and communication skills.
  • Work well under pressure, and demonstrate enthusiasm and creativity for the job.
