Description de l’emploi

The Head of Departments responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Manage day to day requirements and ensure the efficiency of the department

- Assist in teachers recruitment, performance evaluation and termination activities

- Organize trainings to improve technical skills of teachers and department staffs

- Identify growth strategies, develop actionable plans for teaching of the subject and education in general

- Quản lý, điều phối các hoạt động của phòng đào tạo hệ thống.

- Lên kế hoạch tuyển dụng đội ngũ giáo viên có chất lượng cao.

- Xây dựng và phát triển các chương trình huấn luyện, tổ chức đào tạo chuyên môn cho Giáo Viên.

- Xây dựng và nâng cấp các chương trình đào tạo Anh ngữ cho Học Viên xu hướng phát triển toàn cầu hóa.

Exigences de l’emploi

- Bachelors Degree or above in English Linguistics/ English Education

- Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience, and a minimum of 2 years as a manager

- Must be able to speak and write in English fluently. IELTS 8.0+ or equivalent

- Exceptional interpersonal skills

- Good planning and organizational skills

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học (hoặc Thạc sỹ) chuyên ngành Tiếng Anh/ Sư phạm Anh ( người Việt Nam hoặc nước ngoài)

- Kinh nghiệm giảng dạy và quản lý : 2 năm trở lên

- Tiếng Anh lưu loát, Ielts 7-8.0 hoặc tương đương.

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình chuyên nghiệp;

- Có khả năng lập kế hoạch, triển khai công tác, thực hiện và xử lý vấn đề tốt.
