Description de l’emploi

Administration:

·In charge of company’s purchasing. Generate and manage contracts with suppliers / customers in relation with administrative activities.

·Manage and control efficiently all admin costs according to approved budget.

·Ensures all orders & contracts are in place and periodically reviewed and updated according to the company Policy and Procedure.

·Proactively handle HR & Admin events/projects.

·Liaise with local government authorities, Labour Department, Licensing authorities …

·Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly report to Supervisor and up levels if any.

Human Resource:

·Execute Annual Recruitment Plan and Period Recruitment Plan to meet the business growth.

·Consult Head of HR on recruitment strategy.

·Execute recruitment & hiring arrangements (non-managers) according to instructions provided by the Head of HR to ensure the required and appropriate human talent. Develop interview test/question system to value candidate.

·Coordinate with other department to perform the Training Plan.

·Conduct the orientation training & maintain the best support to new employees.

·Flow up the training assessment process properly of employees; collaborate with department manager for utilizing new knowledge applicable.

·Assist in the training needs analysis process, exposed to Operation work to execute training needs analysis.

·To undertake other tasks as and when assigned by Head of HR & Administration Dept.

Exigences de l’emploi

·University Degree

·Good at English

·At least 4 years’ experience in HR & Admin

·Computer literacy

·Ability to work under high pressure.

·Fast learning
