1. Job Description

  • Assist in delivery and receiving insurance related documents (Marsh Insurance, Social/ Health/ Unemployment insurances).
  • Responsible for HRS part on onboarding process (instruct new hired to fill in and submit P-files).
  • Responsible for employees’ profile, labour contract.
  • Consult associates for HR topic at the HRS counter and by email (such as welfare, dependent, social insurance, payslip…)
  • Support to input data for monthly salary period
  • E-file and P-file project
  • Other assignment from supervisor

3. Job Requirements

  • Full-time undergraduate students majoring in Business English or Business Administration with a strong interest in Human Resources.
  • No prior work experience required; active participation in school/social activities is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interpersonal skills, Time Management skill, Task management skill, Presentation skills.
  • Eyes for details and good organization skills.
  • High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality, able to work in multicultural teams.
  • Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development.

  • Working Location: Long Thành, Đồng Nai, Vietnam
