Description de l’emploi

Transportation management:

  • Support in training and educating AkzoNobel (AN)’s safety to all transportation companies. Ensure the safe operation of transportation companies when loading stock at AN’s warehouses.
  • Make a daily plan of delivery and trucking booking with Vendor to deliver the cost saving with efficient truck utilization.
  • Monitor transportation cost, verify end-month cost report to raise PO for payment.
  • Proactive to solve all ah-hoc matters related to daily transportation.

System coordinator and key user:

  • Perform as key user of SAP, TMS and ASRS system.
  • Support all reports and LOG cost receipt by month-end closing and reconciliation.

Report:

  • Coordinate to organize Monthly KPIs review with transporters then updating to Supervisor timely.
  • Coordinate to review and update all SOP & WI related to LOG Transportation and send to relevant teams.

Exigences de l’emploi

  • Working location: AkzoNobel VN - Schramm - Que Vo 1 Industrial Zone, Phuong Lieu, Que Vo, Bac Ninh
  • Experienced with SAP system, good Excel skills.
  • Able to work shifts (shift 1-2).
  • Education: College or above.
  • Honesty, attention to details.
  • Hard working and good teamwork
  • High responsibility and able to work under pressure.
