Description de l’emploi

1.Clients

• Managing a portfolio of clients’ marketing accounts

• Contributing to daily meetings, and liaising and updating clients on marketing activities

• Acting as head of a local marketing, such as connecting with the sales team and functional teams in region

• Liaising with clients regarding multi - channels campaigns, creative projects and marketing solutions

• Budgeting & cost management of marketing projects.

• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis

• Managing & analysing marketing activities and providing written reports

• Being involved in pitching for new business and developing marketing proposals

• Communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders

2. The team:

• Leading the team from planning to delivering projects.

• Working in partnership with the creative team, developing creative briefs and guiding creative direction to meet objectives for all marketing activities from online to offline

• Gathering customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads

• Identifying effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly

• Being responsible for profit-and-lost of marketing projects in hands

• Determining KPIs for marketing team

• Inspiring, encouraging and mentoring not only team members but also other colleagues.

Exigences de l’emploi

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of prior experience working in Marketing and Minimum 1 years work as Account/Marketing Manager

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns

• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and leadership skills

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

• Must work well in an ever changing environment and under pressure.

• Willing to travel
