Description de l’emploi

  • Develop and execute the shopping center’s marketing and branding strategy, including the creation of campaigns, events, promotions, and digital content
  • Coordinate to plan and lead communication MKT Calendar
  • Oversee the building’s own communication channel and social media presence, including the development of engaging content and management of online reputation
  • Plan & manage PR activities for the building
  • Manage all offline and online advertisement channels such as LCD/LED/banner/billboard, lift, escalator, signage...
  • Coordinate with CRM to conduct basic analysis to measure marketing activities and provide insightful recommendations to improve business performance
  • Coordinate to design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Exigences de l’emploi

  • University Degree or equivalent Advanced Diploma in marketing, hospitality, communications, journalism, public relations, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in hospitality and F&B industry, luxury brands experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing and branding communication. Strong PR & social digital communication is advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of brand communication practices and techniques.
  • Have a deep understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry, including current trends, customer preferences, and competitors
  • Have a basic understanding of F&B operations, including menu development, kitchen operations, and service standards to effectively promote the hotel’s dining offerings and create marketing campaigns that resonate with customers.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially presentation development.
  • Fluency English speaking & writing.
  • Have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to provide excellent customer service to guests and clients
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
