Description de l’emploi

- Receive orders, support customers in the order process - Participate in the production of samples, ensure the quality of samples before sending to customers - Follow customer feedback and negotiate contracts - Working with technical department, purchasing dept and supplies to ensure the materials for production - Work with the production dept, technical dept and QA dept to ensure timely delivery and quality standards- Calculate costs for related goods and services - Report the index related to the superior

Exigences de l’emploi

- Experience in merchandising or equivalent positions - Fluent in English and computer science - Experience and knowledge of the industry is an advantage - Proficient in communication and negotiation skills - Relationship building skills
