Description de l’emploi

Duties and Responsibilities :

-Receive all the questions, request and complains (excluded technical issue) from the customer. Work with team to find the solutions and the best ways for both sides then reply to the customer.

-Contact to customer for all informations needed for:

-Logistics Dept: instruction shipping, customer’s forwarder.

-Production Dept: update lead time, status and planning if any

-Packaging Dept: the way to pack: the bag/box; suggest to improve the packing method.

-BOM/purchase Dept: changing materials, layout for label, ….

-Making sample: take care of making sample process from the date receiving it until it got the approval (excluded technical issue); regard ready date, check with customer about the changing material, follow and update if any, the way to pack it,..

-Exchange the information from team and the customer for all cases (exluded technical issue).

-All tasks regarding LJVN and A&T (suppliers)

-All tasks regarding billing.

-All tasks regarding LJ Solutions (Canada company)

Exigences de l’emploi

Skills and Qualifications:

-Good command in both English and Vietnamese is compulsory

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Previous working knowledge as customer service

-At least 1 year experience in handling the responsibilities outlined above

-Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills

-Ability to work well with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Bénéfice d’emploi

-Salary: from 14M-18M or more depending on ability and work experience

-Other benefits: according to the company’s regulations and the law

-Working hours: from 08 a.m to 17p.m from Monday to Saturday

-Saturday only works on the first 2 days of the month.
