Description de l’emploi

  • Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package.
  • Follow-up with clients to verify important information.
  • Research the applicant’s credit status and current financial position to recommend suitable types of loans.
  • Communicate between the client, front team, and lender to process the loans.
  • Create repayment plans.
  • Ensure you comply with the established regulations and law requirements.
  • Identify any potential issues with the loan application and address them in a timely manner.
  • Working hours: 9 PM - 6 AM (Night shift) from Monday to Friday.

Exigences de l’emploi

  • University graduate.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in customer service
  • Fluent in spoken and written English is a MUST
  • Having a basic understanding of finance is a plus
  • Having basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Able to work the night shift
  • Can work under a challenging and high-pressure environment
  • Submit thorough work that you have double-checked for quality and consistency
  • Honest, polite, and fair to others.
