MC&T FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS IS A BOUTIQUE BROKERAGE BASED IN THE CITY OF MELBOURNE, PROVIDING SERVICES TO CLIENTS IN AUSTRALIA AND VIETNAM IN FINDING THE RIGHT LENDING SOLUTIONS.

We are looking for additional member to join our thriving financial brokerage firm, in our Ho Chi Minh City office. As a dynamic and successful company, we have a solid track record of assisting clients in securing financing for their dream homes and diverse financial needs. Our commitment to delivering personalized services sets us apart, and we are now seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Case Manager.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Case Manager, you will be managing/assisting with the loan application process from post the initial client enquiry, through to settlement, along with any other administration tasks allocated by the company.

The role includes but is not limited to:

- Directly engage with clients, ensuring a high level of customer service.

- Manage loan applications from initial assessment through to settlement.

• Client onboarding engagement and collecting supporting documents

• Application validation, data entry and lodgement through systems

• Communicating with clients throughout the lending process

• Liaising with Lenders & Conveyancers/Solicitors to ensure on time settlment and a smooth client experience.

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process.

- Perform various lending administrative tasks.


Exigences de l’emploi

• At least 2 years of experience in in the banking/financial services industry

• Candidates apply with CV in English.

• Excellent English communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.

• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Super organised with a keen eye for compliance.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving oriented.

• Ability to work independently and with a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Client-focused with exceptional customer service skills.
