Mô tả công việc

Content Creation and Management:

- Develop creative messages and content to attract and convert visitors.

- Focus on our exclusive selections, collaborating with quality local Vietnamese brands

- Coordinate with content creators to ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s voice and objectives.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI) across 3 main platforms -Facebook, Instagram & Google.

- Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve marketing efforts continually.

- Performance marketing can be run by you if you can.

Customer Engagement:

- If your creativity sells to our customer, you will have a bigger role to take care of email marketings, product related social media to have higher convert leads.

- Also you can initiate and implement customer loyalty programs to retain and grow the customer base.

Collaboration:

- Working closely with the CHUS team to align marketing campaigns with sales goals is one of the most important tasks.


Exigences de l’emploi

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in an e-commerce environment.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing online marketing campaigns to achieve high conversion rates.

- Skills:

- Understanding the latest market trends, especially in the products that’s viral or lead the trends.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong communication and writing skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
