Description de l’emploi

- Event & Partnership

· Bring in high-potential entry-level talent through campus recruiting program;

· Manage internship, and Management trainee programs

· Build strong relationships and networks with campus representatives, vendors, suppliers

· Attract and engage mid-career talent with specific skillsets for hard-to-fill roles (i.e. Software Engineering, Marketing, Finance) through targeted events

· Plan and execute various events, from career fairs, networking events, virtual (online) events, and any other recruiting event put on or sponsored by Techcombank · Work alongside digital marketing to produce event marketing materials, drive attendance, develop school-specific marketing and staff recruiting events

· Track and measure the effectiveness of events and programs

· Manage the execution of the on-campus Employer Brand Ambassador program to enhance the employer brand of Techcombank at various Universities

- Data management & admin

• Manage all data generated for Fresh Grads/Experienced hiring program

• Marketing admin tasks as assigned by line manager

- Communication (if any)

• Support the Line manager to build a social content calendar to ensure our social media are always rich in content

• Create text content for job ads, recruiting emails and social media posts, from ideation to publishing

Exigences de l’emploi

- Social. Engaging. Organized. You love meeting new people, orgnazing events. You have strong planning and networking skills.

- English proficiency: equivalent to 6.0

- Fluent in Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel

- Content marketing skill is an advantage
