Description de l’emploi

  • Plans, implements and develops long-term plans and solutions to manage building systems and utilities.
  • Ensure that the capacity of the infrastructure and quality of building services support the needs and operations of the business.
  • Monitor and control the building’s electrical distribution, HVAC, Ventilation, Fire Fighting, Compressed Air...especially Waste Water Treatment systems.
  • Handle work orders, renovation projects, and upgrades to keep the systems in excellent working condition.
  • Participate in cost estimation and budget management.
  • Lead in managing cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects and assist in implementing process improvement projects.
  • Reports and addresses equipment failures and other technical issues.
  • Check the organization’s code compliance and take part in risk management procedures.

Exigences de l’emploi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical or relevant.
  • 5 years or above working experience in facility systems in manufacturing.
  • Industry manufacturing knowledge.
  • Good English in verbal and written.
