Description de l’emploi

  • Be the contact point for the Operations team in pick up & delivery activities.
  • Track plan and all Linehaul transit daily.
  • Discuss the transportation needs of Hubs or Sorting Centers for daily planning.
  • Monitor and resolve shipping route issues.
  • Follow up with the suppliers & vendors about transportation service.
  • Monitor and report all issues to Supervisor.

Exigences de l’emploi

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, transportation, logistics, or production operations
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a Transport Coordinator or Operations Support in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang & Can Tho
  • Have a deep working knowledge of the truckload industry
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Be able to handle a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Collaborate and effectively communicate with employees, managers, and colleagues.
  • Be willing to travel between provinces and meet flexible working hours.
