Description de l’emploi

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Recruitment:

  • Manage and implements all phases of the recruitment process
  • Working closely with project representatives to understand the needs of business
  • Updating information about recruitment trend, techniques to propose improvements for recruitment process
  • Develop and implement strategies to fulfill current needs and future growth
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc)

Strategy management:

  • Perform statistics on recruitment and analyses the status of recruitment practices regularly to the team and management
  • Collect and analyze labor market information in order to counsel department head related to recruitment activities
  • Measure key recruitment metrics to support recruitment activities on time and efficiently

Employer Branding:

  • Involving in activities for recruitment purpose: technical workshop/seminars, Job Fairs, etc to expand sourcing channels

Exigences de l’emploi

  • Integrity: open and honest;
  • Passionate and good in recruitment practices with minimum 5 years of experience;
  • Knowledge of IT industry & understanding market trend;
  • Strong networking skills; energetic and outgoing personality;
  • Good skills of communication (Vietnamese & English), negotiation, detailed oriented, positive thinking and good work ethic;
  • Excellent service attitude;
