THE VIETNAM MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE PROGRAM 2023

With the purpose of building our future leaders, the Vietnam Management Associate Program is designed to create a fast-track career with intense training for young Vietnamese talents to develop their competences, join in realistic & impactful projects.

During this 2-year program, as Management Associate, you will be assigned to rotate through several teams across different business functions including Food, Non-Food, and Property. The program will be customized for each MA to fit their unique capabilities and career aspirations. This will provide curated exposure to different work areas and international working experience.

Exigences de l’emploi

Who are you, our Management Associates?

• Fresh graduates or young professional who have less than 3 years of working experience

• Fluent in English

• Competent, passionate, agile person with a can-do spirit and constant-learning mindset

• Customer oriented and strong analytical skill

• Interested in retail industry and serving our customers & community

The selection process

• Application Round: 17th July - 25th August, 2023

• Online Aptitude Test: Early September, 2023

• HR Interview: September, 2023

• Assessment: October, 2023

• Final discussion: October - November, 2023
