Your key responsibilities:

For Fresher Software Engineers:

  • Participate in all software development activities following the Scrum process
  • Design solutions and approaches for software features or subsystems
  • Write high-quality code to implement software features or fix bugs
  • Perform unit testing, documentation and all other activities defined in Definition of Done before passing source code to the Testing team
  • Communicate and report internally or directly to the client on status or result of work
  • Practice coding with high quality and effective outputs
  • Involve to develop applications/tools by using .NET or modern Java technologies
  • Learn and practice architecture, solutions in big/complicated applications or enterprise systems

For Test Engineers:

  • Participate in all software development activities following the Scrum process
  • Design high-quality test cases to scan through the operation of the software
  • Perform tests for both written test cases and by exploring the system
  • Communicate progress, test results and quality risks both internally and directly to the client

Skills/experience You need to be Successful

Overall qualifications:

  • Final year student/ new graduate in Computer Science or related technical field/ less than 1 year of experience
  • Ready to work full-time officially
  • Strong background knowledge of OOP, Data structures and algorithms
  • English: writing and reading skills
  • Have experience working with web application development (inside or outside of school)
  • Have experience working with a source version control (Git, SVN, etc)

For Fresher Java Software Engineers:

  • Passionate about learning and updating latest Java-related technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience with Java 8+ language, Spring Framework is a plus (e.g., stream APIs, reactive framework, Spring Data)
  • Knowledge and experience with Java EE and have background knowledge of Functional Programming is a plus

For Fresher .NET Software Engineers:

  • Strong fundamental of .NET Framework, C#, SQL, OOP, data structure and algorithms
  • Good knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, Web API, or Win-based application (Winform/ WPF)
  • Good at relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, etc.
  • Have knowledge of JavaScript, ORM such as Entity Framework, NHibernate, etc.

For Fresher Test Engineers:

  • Bold passion for IT software and testing, especially Automation Testing
  • Good IT background, critical and logical thinking skills
  • Commitment to excellence and self-improvement
