Reporting to the Project Transformation Manageryou will be responsible for :

  • Elicit AS-IS processes from Business Process Owners
  • Identify opportunities to improve end-to-end business process performance and controls across multiple Departments
  • Create processes and methods to gather data and data flow in an end-to-end business process.
  • Identify process gaps, hands-off in data or potential risks that may affect the speed, quality, and consistency of data
  • Identify Technology solutions to digitise and digitalise end-to-end TO-BE processes, with clear articulation of financial and operational benefits
  • Influence Business Process Owners and Steering Committee members to review and endorse proposed Technology solutions and TO-BE processes
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics and Technology teams to implement proposed Technology solutions. Participate in the User Acceptance Testing to ensure that the Technology solution meets the expected delivery timeline and quality.
  • Collaborate with Business Process Owners to conduct required change management and training to the business users prior to go-live.
  • Perform Post Implementation Review with Business Process Owners to ensure that the expected benefits are achieved.

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

  • Excellent horizontal and vertical stakeholders’ management and communication skills
  • Analytical mind and a strong business acumen
  • Strong bias for actions to achieve positive outcomes for business
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential
  • Ability to learn continuous improvement methodologies like Value Stream Mapping and Lean Six Sigma
  • Keen to learn and implement digital transformation initiatives, including use of advanced technology (example Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Chatbots and Robotics Process Automation)
  • Keen to learn Agile methodologies including Kanban or Scrum
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese

Benefits

  • Allowance: 3,420,000 VND/month – 3-month contract
  • Working time: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm)
  • Opportunity to become a full-time employee after 03-month internship
