We’re looking for GRADUATES of Accounting, Business Administration or any related courses to be trained as INVOICE DATA CAPTURE SPECIALIST to work with our cool team in Australia and Vietnam. We expect as your work with us, your skills will grow exponentially and lead to long-term career success!

Responsibilities:

  • The primary role is to perform daily Invoicing Functions.
  • Analyze and process data from PDFs and ensure its completeness and accurateness.
  • Provide solutions for any relative invoicing issues. Alerts the Key Persons if discrepancies arise.
  • Work efficiently with the team, contributes to the team effort, and could perform at their best.
  • Maintain invoicing entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures directed by the Client.
  • Maintain operations by following the policies and procedures provided by Sharesource.
