Mô tả công việc

• Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials;
• Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval;
• Prepare finished art by operating necessary footage, visual, equipment and software;
• Design various social media assets: including but not limited to: YouTube banner, YouTube video thumbnails, Instagram carousel, podcast visual assets, blog infographics…
• Edit (or occasionally shoot) simple TikTok videos using CapCut or similar software to be used for our social media marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary;
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary;
• Ensure marketing activities and marketing materials to follow brand guidelines;
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduated from University or College of Arts, Graphic Designing, or relevant background;
• 1-3 years of experience in Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software;
• 1-3 years of working experience either at agencies or in house.
• A strong eye for visual composition. Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Good aesthetics and possess strong fundamentals of good design; have a keen interest to both improve your craft and coach others in the team
• Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Vietnamese.
