Mô tả công việc

Booking: flight ticket, hotel, car....and make payroll, arrange and follow: Restaurant, event, worship, party Follow vendor and make payment: VNPT, VN post, garbage, printing, water......, work with vender when have issue Working with government to make TRC, work permit, Visa.... Purchasing: stationary, cleaning, production tool... and make payment Training for security and cleaner about new procedure, policy of company or when have any issue relative security and cleaner, follow GMP standard to checking and arrange for cleaner follow it, check performance and any task of security and cleaner, writing JD for each security, cleaning, new staff (if have), instruction JD for them. Connect with outsourcing to build any training for employee, follow uniform for worker, buying medical, checking medical canbin, washing and drying towels and uniforms.

Yêu cầu công việc

University/College degree in human resource management or related fields. Good English communication, Good computer skill: Word, excel, power point... Have experiences at manufacturing enterprise Must have a minimum of 2 years in a similar position
