Mô tả công việc

  • Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets from departments
  • Calculate monthly payroll, bonuses and allowances
  • Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
  • Schedule bank payments
  • Distribute payment statements
  • Report on payroll expenses
  • Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
  • Provides timely and accurate statutory reporting and submission to the respective statutory authorities such as social insurance, tax and labour department.
  • Conduct on boarding and exit interview to all employees
  • Coordinate with all departments on the timesheet checking accurately
  • Plant tour in weekly basis
  • Other tasks to be assigned by HR Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least 5 years working experience in End to End payroll processing by using HR/Payroll systems and statutory requirements a must
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Demonstrable delivery of timely and accurate HR/Payroll
  • Good communication in English
  • Strong analytical and MS Office Excel skills.
  • Good organization skill
