Here at Swarovski, our people sparkle just as much as our products. Come and join us as Intern, Production Planning Specialist who will be responsible to support Planning team on day to day data analysis, reporting and many more.

Job description:

  • Downloading database from SAP system for loading with design format
  • Showing in Excel dashboard for daily reporting
  • Follow up PO conversion daily and distributing to shop-floor (warehouse)
  • Follow up daily production output vs plan at sub-process level and report the gap– working with production line leaders
  • Follow up new tool/ fixtures plan vs execution (key contact with PD/ Lean/ Engineering teams)
  • Participating production daily meeting, take notes on gap/ issue from plan to execution for daily report
  • Other ad-hoc tasks/ requirement upon request

Requirements:

  • University graduate majoring in Supply chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration
  • Good at database, spreadsheet calculation, advanced skill in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and number acumen
  • Careful but quick response and data accuracy
  • Any working experience with data analytics or supply chain, planning related jobs would be advantage
  • Quick learner, good willingness, high collaboration, hard-working person
  • Good at English communication
