1. Job Title:

  • International Freight Service Intern

2. Job description

  • ​Receive debit note from co-loader, upload on share folder for PIC to check and confirm
  • Group PO and pass e-invoice to finance team
  • Handle simple account such as account to Asia
  • Handle part of account such as send task to GSC, print HBL + FCR + Manifest/ Pre-alert/ pass file to document team) of big account such as PVH, AAFES, SIN BOX, US BOX, LENNOX…
  • Place booking dummy with carrier as per allocation

3. Job requirements

  • Final-year Students from all universities/colleges
  • Ability to work full time in 3-6 months
  • Having relevant knowledge and skills
  • Good at writing and speaking English, MS Office
  • Honest, open, transparent.
  • Willing to learn and change.
