Mô tả công việc

- Take care of existing and find new potential customers/ markets.

- Coordinate with the relevant departments to prepare quotations for customers. Support, consult and give proposing included: appropriate business policies, relative products information, other services to customers during the business process.

- Coordinate with the factory and other relevant departments to deploy the production process after receiving orders.

- Follow up the order status from the beginning of samples preparation to the delivery of the order.

+ Sample preparation: Work with departments to ensure the quality of samples before sending to customers. Solve any problems arising or requested by customers during sample production.

+ Quality Control: Work with Production and Quality Control departments to ensure and follow up to quality standards for products. Settle down any problems that relative to quality during production process.

+ Shipping process: Work with documentation department and warehouse department to arrange shipment and ensure orders are delivered on time according to contract commitments with customers.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to settle down and feedback to any customer’s complaints.

- Coordinate with the Accounting department to follow up payments and debts of customers

- Set up meetings and factory tour with the customers, listen to their needs and concerns; Consult clients about the company’s products and services.

- Conduct market research, analysis selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs to keep up with the industry trends and identify potential international market segments to expand strategic client accounts.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Male: age from 25 to 35

- College/University degree majoring in: Foreign Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Import-Export, ...

- Fluent in English, Good knowledge of sales & marketing - international business...

- Experience in international B2B/OEM sales is an advantage.

- Have good organization and coordination skills.

- Good pressure resistance.

- Have good health, honesty, enthusiasm, responsibility in work.

- Salary negotiable according to candidate’s qualifications and experience
