Survey, install, deploy, configure hardware and software for the company’s information technology system such as: internal switchboard, LAN, Wifi, Router, Firewall, access control device, Camera, timekeeping, and other technological devices. Training users of new application systems, writing documentation. Handle requests, troubleshoot software/hardware on user devices. Support Team IT to solve user errors. Executing the construction of information technology projects inside and outside Ho Chi Minh City. Implement and recommend warranty and maintenance of IT equipment. Follow up and evaluate IT outsourcing services.Yêu cầu công việc
Having background knowledge in information technology, computer hardware, computer network or telecommunications. Experience in IT Helpdesk from 2 years or more. Able to work in a pressurized environment. Have a spirit of learning and a passion for new technology. Be confident and be able to solve problems. Team spirit, proactive and creative work. Travel between the company’s factories at least 2 days per week. (Gò Công & Mỹ Tho) Good communication skills - English and Vietnamese. Have international certificates such as CCNA, MCSA, MCSE... or equivalent.Quyền lợi công việc
