To ensure the connection to HQ, Internet line, Lan network & wireless network is working smoothly. find the solution quickly when problems occur. 4.Responsibility to the CCTV system (camera & Network Video Recorder. 5.Manage IT inventory & completely manage full life cycle of IT devices at Factory such as computers, desktops, Laptops, switch, router, wifi, camera, server, NAS, projector, printer, others … II. Support User 1.Install, set up the necessary computers & IT devices in Departments and ensure they always function well as expected 2.Collaborate with IT HQ to set up and install the IT devices in Factory according to IT Security Policy 3.Support User are using software & hardward.
