Mô tả công việc

Work with Helpdesk team to support end users (Relation to System, Network, Security,…);

Maintain IT infrastructure network and system (Windows servers Performance, devices, System software, Vmware, Nas, File Server, Email, VPN, Backup…);

Monitor the performance of the network;

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues;

Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems;

Planning and reporting the cost of replacing or updating relation to infrastructure;

Monitoring and Implementing security to protect system and network;

System Inventory Monitoring.

Yêu cầu công việc

Job requirements:

At least 1-2 years experience in IT Network Infrastructure;

Having Microsoft Office 365 administration experience is a plus

Experience in setting up and maintaining network security and system (switch, firewall, gateway, Vmware, Windows Server, Fortinet, NAS…);

Ability to multi-task and can work under deadline pressure;

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills;

Proactiveness, positiveness, and high teamwork spirit.
