DUTIES:
1. Accountant
Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly in internal software (ZOHO);
Issue invoices, organizing and keeping track of customer’s outstanding debt accounts, contacting customers to get their payment plans;
Collect invoices, documents and work with Chief Accountant to declare tax, do finance reports;
Be responsible for banking transactions;
Work with the bank for loans;
Control documents in hard copies and online data storage;
Other tasks assigned by the manager.

2. HR & Admin
Register and resolve issues related to social insurance for employees;
Make probation contracts, labor contracts for employees. Monitor leave, unpaid leave, appointments, etc.;
Attendance checking;
Recruit per other departments request;

Requisiti di lavoro

REQUIREMENTS:
Can start working ASAP;
Good at English (writing, reading);
Minimum 1 year experience in Accountant position;
Detail-oriented and willing to learn;
Strong organizational skills, able to manage priorities and workflow;
Looking for a long-term working environment;
Ability to handle data with high confidentiality is a must.
