JOB SCOPE:

The Accounts Executive will work closely with the regional Finance team and co-ordinate the local accounting, ensuring compliance and adhering to the defined processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate quotations, invoices, and payment receipts promptly
  • Process the payments as per their established procedures
  • Weekly reporting on Account Receivables (A/R) and Account Payables (A/P)
  • Prepare payment instructions upon request
  • Submit claims on government portals as and when required
  • Ad-hoc reports and tasks including budgeting, tax, etc. as required by the manager
  • Reconciliation of numbers between the system and documents

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Trained in Accounting and a Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Good English skills – both written & verbal(equivalent to IELTS 6 min.)
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good computer literacy and proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Prior background of working on an accounting software (preferred)
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and a well-organized individual
