Descrizione del lavoro

• Review payable & payment documents on daily basis to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, tax legislations and accounting principles: accounts, cost centre, nature of transactions. Effective control prepayment clearance. Ensure all AP documents are fully archived and easily searchable.

• Prepare & implement weekly payment plan to ensure payment plan is completed and all payables are paid to vendors on time. Estimate AP cash flow out monthly/weekly. All late payments are verified and explained

• Review GR/IR balance report/PDAP report to ensure daily review report to identify abnormally for correction. Work closely with a related partner to clarify and solve issues. Prevent cases are over goods receipt timely and clear GR/IR accounts are over 3 months accordingly.

• Strong leadership with target setting, monitoring, evaluating, and coaching account payable staffs.

• Customer services Guide:

- AP process to other competencies & vendors: provide breakdown AP reports to business partners (procurement, logistics, tax team…) and to internal/external audit.

- Resolve issues related to AP process: Research, analyze, and resolve complex accounts payable and vendor-related issues and internal/external inquiries that cannot be resolved by the payable’s staffs.

- Advice solutions related to AP process: initiative and proactive in AP automation projects.

- Monthly stock-count.

- Others require by line manager.

Requisiti di lavoro

• University/Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting is required.

• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience.

• Experienced in SAP.

• Detailed orientation.

• Excellent in customer service.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
