Descrizione del lavoro

- Arrange Fabric inspection plan based on summary cutting plan

- Daily Follow up Inspection status ( Plan vs Actual) to achieve OTT ( On time tracking)

- Ensure the team perform inspection based on SOP ( Standard Operation Process)

- Ensure quality of raw material based on customer’s requirement before releasing to production

- Daily review Fabric defects / color variation and advise the solution to the relevant department

- Monitor shade segregation process

- Work with relevant department/ Buyer incase Fabric, raw material rejected and advise the solution

- Work with Fabric Mills Quality Assurance by reviewing defects, getting their confirmation for replacement.

- Control Department cost as per the budget

- Attend Pre- production meeting with Plant and discuss with team related to Fabric, Raw Material issues.

Requisiti di lavoro

- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Textile, garment industry

- Minimum three years in same position

- Knowledge on fabric and garment, technical, quality process

- Good in English communication skill, presentation, negotiation skill
