- Supervises, trains, evaluates, and coordinates activities of subordinates- Work with supplier to develop automation solutions
- Co-operate with other departments to collect requirements and data
- Initiate innovative projects to support production: safety, quality and cost
- Develop training program for operators and support staff
- Manage and execute projects on time
Requisiti di lavoro
- Degree in Automation, Mechanical or Robotics Engineerin- Minimum of 3 years of experience in engine
- Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing envir
- Minimum 2 years in a hands-on man in a hands-on managerial role
- Proficient in PLC programin
- Project management experience
- Ability to build and lead a team
- Sound knowledge of automation and mechanical engineering
- 6S and TPM
- Good in English communication..
