Descrizione del lavoro

- Handling client cases, projects and related document preparation

- Assist manager in handling client needs

- Assist the manager to handle the internal administrative work related to the sales business

- Maintenance of customer relationship and satisfaction of service requirements

- Complete the tasks assigned by the company and manager

- In charge of greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and receiving messages.

- Assist international visitors with coordinating hotel and transportation arrangement.

- Actively follow-up with to complete assigned tasks.

- Monthly report generates and prepare.

- Other administrative tasks and support office may be required.

Requisiti di lavoro

1. Education
- Bachelor above.

2. Personal skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities
- Work well both in a team and as an individual
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Being fluently in speaking English

3. Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with the maritime industry/logistics is a plus

Beneficio del lavoro

- Salary: 12,000,000 VND/month above.

- Work from Monday-Friday, 5 days/week.
