- Process monthly working time, manger manpower and relize company’s policies on compensation and benefits
- keep track with employee attendance on daily basis: time in - out, working shift, leave, day off, workday
- Ensure time& labor practices are in compliance with nike CLS, Current legislation
- Other duties as assigned by HR manager and C&B supervisor
Requisiti di lavoro
- Graduated from university with majors in law, Business administration, Accounting, Human resource management, Economy or related
- At least 1 year experience in similar positions at production compainies with scale from 300 headcounts
