What this role entails
  • Produce content for inbound marketing activities such as blogs, testimonials, newsletters, social media, etc.
  • Review, update and edit existing content
  • Assist in planning and implementing multi-channel content calendar such as website, social media, events, software, etc.
  • Measure campaigns’ effectiveness with OKRs
  • Copy-write content for lead nurturing programs such as email campaigns, onboarding guides, help center articles
  • Coordinate with the design team to create visual materials
What we are looking for
  • Must be fluent in English (advanced writing) and Vietnamese
  • Proven work experience in creating content, at least 1 year of content writing
  • Be familiar with a wide range of digital marketing channels (website & blogs, social media, email marketing)
  • A keen eye for details
  • Strong communicator who works well independently and with a team
  • Language major graduate is a plus
