JOB SUMMARY

The Costing Supervisor will manage standard cost at SKU or component level; Provide analysis to drive profitability; Analyze cost changes and provide impact; Support the Production and other functions.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Build costing BOM/Routing and standard cost release for new product making.

Analyze manufacturing overhead costs and identify the variance with budget.

Cost control and work with each function to find out cost reduction opportunity.

CAPEX tracking and control to make sure all the items booked in right project.

Tracking material scrap and find out root cause.

Make an analysis on the production efficiency.

Manage pricing issues with other functional departments.

Monthly KPI tracking for the team.

Assist manager on solving urgent/ad-hoc issues, providing data analysis when necessary

Requisiti di lavoro

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting

Experience

At least 3 years’ experience in costing or accounting in MNS.

Experience on costing BOM maintenance preferred.

Knowledge

Be familiar with IFRS.

Very familiar with VN accounting laws and regulations.

Functional Skills

Be familiar with ORACLE or SAP preferred.

Be familiar with Excel, Word and PPT.

Good at spoken and written English is a must.

Other Abilities

This position located in Dau Giay, Dong Nai from 2nd quarter of 2024 and learning period in VSIP2, Binh Duong for 6-8 months at present (we have shuttle bus at HCM, Binh Duong, Dong Nai)
